• License key or refund: your Polar order number and the email address you used to buy.
• Something does not work: your Chrome version (from chrome://version), your operating system, and the steps that lead to the problem.
• Lost sessions: whether Files on every save was turned on, and the names of the newest files in Downloads/TabCabinet/.

Please do not send your full license key by email unless we ask for it. Never send your passwords.
