Terms of Use
These terms apply to the Chrome extension “Tab Cabinet” (the “Extension”) provided by TransAIJ Inc. (株式会社トランスAIJ, “we”). By installing the Extension or buying Tab Cabinet Pro, you agree to them.
1. Free and Pro
The free version of the Extension saves up to 5 sessions. Tab Cabinet Pro unlocks the features described on our website for a one-time payment.
2. License
- We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension.
- One Pro license is for one person on up to 3 devices.
- You may not redistribute, resell, rent or publish the Extension or your license key, or share your key with other people.
3. Payment
Tab Cabinet Pro is sold by Polar Software, Inc. as merchant of record. Polar processes the payment and sales tax, and its terms of sale apply to the purchase. Google is not the seller.
4. Refunds
You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. See the Refund Policy.
5. Your data
Sessions are stored in Chrome on your device, and Pro writes files to your Downloads folder. We do not hold a copy. You are responsible for keeping copies of data that matters to you, for example with the export on the options page.
6. Warranty
The Extension is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that it will work without interruption or errors, that it fits a particular purpose, or that saved data can never be lost. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Extension is limited to the amount you paid for Tab Cabinet Pro. This limit does not apply to damage caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
8. Ending the license
If you break these terms, we may end your license. You can stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Sapporo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance, unless the law of the country where you live gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
